Study of structural and spectroscopic characterization of co-doped ZnS Nanoparticles capped with L-Arginine

چکیده

Abstract The aim of the present study was to prepare ZnS nanoparticles co-doped with Li + -Cs , were synthesized using a chemical co-precipitation method. ZnS-(Li ) nanoparticle’s capped L- Arginine and reduced sodium sulphide. main advantage this method is semiconductor nanomaterial wide band gap are chemically stable over long time. as prepared characterised by X-Ray Diffraction technique for phase analysis sample. Particle size found in range 2 4 nm calculated Debye Scherer XRD confirms evolution cubic zinc blend nanoparticles. strong interaction between capping agent arginine, Zn S revealed from Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrum.
